I liked the room, the private shower was in an extra room next to the hotel room, which had a small open window to the corridor! quite nice (even if it takes a while till it gets warm), also I liked the double bed it was comfy!
The area is very bad, its a lot of prostitutes in this block and a lot of police passing by also u hear the guys speaking to the girls a lot, the room windows are very bad so u hear verything from the streeat, a lot of motorbikes passing by, I woke up a few times in the night and my sleep is usually good! Also it had mony mosquitos!

Pleasant
Actually, the stay was better than expected. If you´re travelling alone, it´s fine (not for families). The neighborhood looks sketchy with "night workers" on the streets, but in fact is quite safe... Good value for money. Metro station on a big avenue 5 mins. walk away.
Cleanliness could be a tat better.
